About the Job
Treatment Coordinator
We're a privately owned, fully out-of-network dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator who knows how to have real financial conversations and close cases — not chase patients with vague follow-up calls.
This is not a corporate dental job. You'll have your own private office, work directly with the doctor, and be compensated based on what you actually produce.

What you'll own:
Converting presented treatment into scheduled appointments. That means having the financial conversation in the room, following up on unscheduled treatment plans within 24 hours, reactivating patients who haven't been seen in a while, and helping fill last-minute schedule gaps. You'll be the person who makes sure treatment that's been diagnosed actually gets done.

What success looks like:
You know a case is moving or it isn't. You don't give patients an open exit — you give them a next step. When someone says they need to think about it, you find out what's actually stopping them and address it. You track your conversion rate and you care about the number.

What we offer:
  • Base pay $22-$24/hour depending on experience.
  • Commission on scheduled treatment you convert — high performers earn significantly more.
  • Performance bonus structure.
  • 401k
  • Free dental care for you.
  • Private office — not a shared desk in a busy hallway.
  • Direct access to the doctor — no layers of corporate management.
  • A privately owned practice that invests in its people.

What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a sales, financial, or treatment coordination role.
  • Comfortable presenting costs ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars.
  • You go deeper when someone hesitates — you don't give space.
  • Detail oriented and consistent with follow-up documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities — follow-up calls, in-office consultations, reactivation outreach, and schedule coordination.
  • Dental experience helpful but not required — the right mindset matters more.

To apply:
Start your first paragraph with the word "pineapple" and tell us about a specific time you changed someone's mind about a financial decision. Applications that don't follow this instruction will not be reviewed.
